Representing what we stand for, various business functions have established sponsorship programs to further accelerate the career trajectory of women in the workplace. Valari is a fellowship program for talented caregivers with a background in tech, who are interested in joining high-powered teams within Nike Global Technology. Through Valari, fellows will have an opportunity to relaunch or enhance their career through access to a vast network of resources and mentoring, while partaking in an individualized learning plan that will prepare them for the next level of their professional journey.
