I've worked here since 1999 in many different roles. The advice I would give to any person starting in a new position is this: Give yourself time to adjust to your new environment and to "learn" your new position. Do not jump to conclusions that you will never learn, that you are stupid that this isn't the job for you - immediately. Give yourself TIME to be able to evaluate the situation based on fact not emotion.

It is a good employer depending on the group for flexibility. However, it is a boys club and you don't see many women in leadership roles. Women are also grossly underpaid compared to men in the same role. There is no maternity leave you have to use short-term disability and supplement it with PTO
