We don’t just encourage diverse perspectives, we’ve built a business that depends on those perspectives. That’s why at RBC Wealth Management, gender parity remains a priority as we continually advance women into leadership roles. Our goal is to attract and retain talented women, and to support and enable their development and advancement in the workplace.
Our female advisors are building their businesses, raising families, and thinking about how they can inspire each other and the next generation of women in this industry. Hear from women who call RBC Wealth Management home and the unity they experience as #WomenofRBC.
