Teach For America

TFA is predominantly women. Lots of women of diverse backgrounds in leadership positions. Great benefits make taking maternity leave and vacation easy. Also, lots of flexible & remote working arrangements. The team you are on determines some of the flexibility you are given as well as the ease at which you may be promoted.
