"Its owner is a woman. Management is 5-3 ratio of women to men. The company promotes from within. They also give the tools necessary to excel in all position. "

"There are more women then men who work for the company. Almost every department's boss is a woman. Pay is based on experience not on gender. There are amazing benefits. If you have a health issue they are really amazing about giving you the payed time off you need (within reason of course). I had to have 2 surgeries while working with this company and they were amazing. They are also very supportive of young mothers."
