"The owners consider their staff when making business decisions, and this trickles down to management and Team Leaders. I'd say there is definitely equality between men and women on all fronts. I've worked for this company for several years in more than one department, and there is a constant culture of teamwork and mutual respect, regardless of gender. "

"This company promotes and compensates based on the facts - work ethic, drive, commitment and character. Being a man or a woman here wont change how you're treated, that has been my experience as a woman working for this company for many years. "

"I have worked for a few companies (on site and remote), and very few treat woman equally. They claim to, but in reality its the opposite. But I have now found a company, that is one owned by a woman, and have woman in lead roles (team leaders, director).
24data feels like home, not just another job. I do enjoy coming to work, and that is a rare thing in today's environment. "

"Don't work here. They will treat you like a child and expect you to work very hard for them. The benefits are pretty bad. If all you want is a work from home position and you aren't worried about how you're treated, then this is the place for you. Unfortunately, when they don't like someone, they treat them like crap in an effort to get them to quit. If they don't quit, the log fake personnel issues in an attempt to gather enough "evidence" to fire you. This has happened to almost all of their senior employees. You'll be hard pressed to find anyone who has worked there for more than 4 years."

"They have a STRICT 9am to 6pm work schedule for all employees. The IT employees are required to put in overtime and they are mostly salaried so they don't get any compensation for the overtime. Then, if the salaried employees need an hour at the end of the day for a dr. appt, the management docks their pay 4 hours."

"Managers will follow you on Slack all day keeping tabs on your work, treating you like a child. They will call you and berate you over the phone (especially the owner - she verbally assaults people who don't kiss her butt)."
