If all you want is a work from home position and you aren't worried about how you're treated, then this is the place for you. Unfortunately, when they don't like someone, they treat them like crap in an effort to get them to quit. If they don't quit, the log fake personnel issues in an attempt to gather enough "evidence" to fire you. This has happened to almost all of their senior employees. You'll be hard pressed to find anyone who has worked there for more than 4 years."

"There are more women then men who work for the company. Almost every department's boss is a woman. Pay is based on experience not on gender. There are amazing benefits. If you have a health issue they are really amazing about giving you the payed time off you need (within reason of course). I had to have 2 surgeries while working with this company and they were amazing. They are also very supportive of young mothers."
