"Speaking on the Media side of the business, there do seem to be many accounts of women in positions of power who definitely demonstrate the acumen and leadership for the role. This is helpful in providing an example of paving the way, but knowing that they stand on their own merits, not just because of their gender identity. "

"Amazingly smart people with a lot of passion and energy. However, be prepared for a male-dominated leadership culture both within our company and our parent company, who reward “the boys club” but see the same “male traits” on females as too aggressive or domineering. "
