"There are women in leadership, but a lot of them do not want to send the ladder down or help one another. There’s an overall hostility that runs through management where people are rewarded for being cruel. It’s really toxic, most of the good apples are leaving or have left because the bad apple rule the company. The President seems nice but has no idea what his people are up to."
