"Difficult hours and travel requirements that allow very little time to cultivate a personal life for young women but professionally learn a lot and most management is reasonable"
"I have worked at A.T. Kearney for 3 years and there are a lot of women working here. Opportunities for women and men are equal, and there are many inspiring women at middle-senior positions!"
"ATK as a whole treats women fairly and well. However, management is largely male dominated and the company has started programs in place to support women with executive coaching, networking, etc., to develop women leaders for the consulting business. If you want to take a break from consulting, there are very few internal roles available because the firm is relatively small compared to other firms."
