"Difficult hours and travel requirements that allow very little time to cultivate a personal life for young women but professionally learn a lot and most management is reasonable"

"ATK as a whole treats women fairly and well. However, management is largely male dominated and the company has started programs in place to support women with executive coaching, networking, etc., to develop women leaders for the consulting business. If you want to take a break from consulting, there are very few internal roles available because the firm is relatively small compared to other firms."
