"Do not join ADC as a clinical research associate (CRA), especially for young women. There is no career growth here. The turnover rate for CRAs is very high. In the last 2 years, there are at least 10 different people joined and left at different times. The lead CRAs are very insecure and do not train new employees. One of them is extremely condescending and volatile. "
