"Most of the employees deserve much better then how they are treated there. Previous management was better for employee retention and enjoyable work environment even if the pay isnt worth making a career out of it; you never dreaded going to work. New management is extremely narcissistic and close friends with the owner so they see nothing wrong with how the employees are treated. It's just a revolving door of employees and has lost its family/"neighborly" atmosphere because the employees dont stay long enough to get to know the customers. This job is not worth your mental health."
