"90% of the company is women. The issues with the workplace culture really don't involve gender. There are very few women of color. The workplace suffers from extreme nepotism, favoritism, and double standards. The work life balance here is severely out of whack. If you have a family, this company would be incredibly hard to work for. "

"The women here treat other women really poorly. I expect more out of a woman-owned company. The micromanaging, microaggressions, and general disregard for supporting women with families is sad."
