Great company with good benefits for moms/families. Just extended the maternity leave policy. Support for IVF and adoption. Daycare available at most sites in US.

This company is improving in work-life balance. Recently implimented a generous 14 week fully paid maternity leave policy for the new year. Work from home is more widely accepted but approval depends on your manager.

I was a contractor and was able to set my own hours which made it so much easier to also be a mother. I worked remotely and didn't interact with anyone very often; so no office politics and plenty of productivity and room to improve my performance quickly.
