March 2018

Corelogic|FNC supports women through career growth and personal growth. There are several women in leadership positions, and most of the leadership team seems happy to accommodate adjustments and flexibility to support families. Examples include flex hours to allow for carpool, and working from home when necessary.

Some departments have less flexibility with scheduling due to SLAs, but I think most of the leadership still does what they can to accommodate adjustments.

Working at Weight Watchers was great. The people, for the most part, are nice and willing to help with whatever you need.

Old, white, boys club. Standard business politics, games and bs passive aggressive behavior. The people tend to be nice and smart. The culture is slow moving into today's competitive 'best places to work'. There's a lot of cases where they don't practice what they preach.

December 2015

There are around 20% professional women, including engineers and technologists working here. They are all hard working and tough; that's why we succeed, because we have to be tough to get through the prejudices embedded in this field and in this company. Executive management is male, middle management has a couple of women, same with entry level management. It's still a boys's club here. Great construction learning experience though and my coworkers have been supportive the majority of the time.

November 2015

Coming from a female majority department, I'll try to judge fairly. Great place to work, and people treat you like family. Corporate has a little bit more flex in terms of work/life balance. However, it is truly dependent on your department, and it can be hard to network unless you have strong managerial support.

August 2015

Overall it is a great company to work for if you are willing to work hard and be dedicated. Advancement is becoming easier and they have set up programs of support specifically for women and at least try to put forth helpful support for women with mentors. It gets more cutthroat between other women who work there than with the men. Except with pay. I have worked there 3.5 years and a guy who started 9 months ago makes as much as I do. So there is a struggle with that. They treat women fairly in the aspect of not giving special treatment to them. You are informed of what the job duties are from the start and are expected to be able to do them if you accept that. It's hard work but it's rewarding. They have great benefits even for part timers.
