Addepar is very progressive in thinking about and implementing benefits that are inclusive of women and families. I think as they get bigger this will be a very strong and positive point for the company.

While the company is only about 30% female, women have a strong presence in all areas of the company, including Leadership. There is also a women's affinity group that holds events, and great wellness and family friendly benefits.
