Stay as far away as possible. Unless you are ready to be degraded that not only you will do your job but make sure to do what the men call "women tasks"

You either follow what the owner wants, when he wants it, and be at his call 24/7/365 or get ready to be yelled at by the owner, supervisor, and co-workers.

This company is basically run by women, except the leadership positions all held by men. The women are great but held back by very poor leadership. Additionally, work from home policies have been debated over because no one in leadership understands the implications of severe cramps.

You'll do well if you play the political games and don't care about stepping all over other in order to get ahead! I wasn't about to become a kiss-ass and apparently this was a problem! Also, if you are a woman, it's almost as if they expect you to behave like an evil dictator. I was being accused of being too nice.

This company is 70%+ female with mainly male leadership. There are a lot of promises and no follow through. There is also no focus on growth and development. There is a lot of personal sacrifice required to meet minimum job requirements.
