"From the AAI leadership, there has been little support for working parents during the pandemic. The only "benefit" they offer is "flexibility", and it's OK if you need to "step away for a few minutes". It a set of policies designed for those without younger children at home or for those with someone to care for those younger children. Also, there are several people (men and women) that are not respectful coworkers. Management ignores these behaviors. Some groups are great - others need to be avoided at all costs."

"The amount of flexibility depends on your job. For R&D there is a lot of flexibility. For more customer-facing roles, there are tons of synchronous meetings and less flexibility."
