I believe that we are talking more about diversity, but are not acting on it. We are measuring it on competencies, etc. but we just announced new leadership changes and again - no women.

    Flexibility isn't something we promote generally. While we can accomodate it locally, as soon as someone deems it to be "too much" or the results of a particular area suffer, you then become someone that isn't considered high potentially. Further, the expectations to move your family for promotional opportunities are concerning. In order to receive a promotion in Sales, you likely have to uproot your family to the "CSO" in NYC, which is not a family conducive environment.

It’s a great environment, management is very professional and more than anything understanding when it comes to absolutely anything. I have a large family and I know if something ever comes up all it takes is a convo with my director and he chimes in with a solution or idea.
