"Beware. This organization has lots of future potential, but for now, their leadership team is mostly over 50 white males who DO NOT see things from the millennial perspective. There is a strong tendency to sweep any issues under the rug. In spite of a conflict management policy being published, it is not adhered to, and communication is NOT encouraged. The training that is provided to leadership specifically teaches them to manipulate and sway others to their decisions and viewpoints. It is very disturbing at times with what some people are allowed to get away with, and with the retirement of the CEO now, we are all concerned for the future of our jobs and the previously family friendly culture. One employee was "laid off" after being very vocal about what she believed in and refusing to compromise her values. "

"It depends on the role and the department, as there is no specific policy that supports this claim. While lunches and appointments (for now) are flexible, there are a couple micromanagers who do not allow this for their people. Each manager determines what they will or will not accept from their team, and that is that. Some departments work mandatory overtime, some do not. Also, beware that during year end holidays there is a strict unspoken policy of no time off allowed as it is heavy donation season. Do NOT plan on spending more than one or two days max out of the office during late November-mid January."

"The organization is run mostly by 50+ white males; while one will often hear "we are caring and supportive", and while most of the mid-level managers are women, when push comes to shove, if a woman speaks her mind, stands up for a belief, or dares to be a bit different, peer and management will pressure her to align to their conservative views of "appropriate" behavior. One who does not fit in is assigned the dreaded "not caring and supportive" mantra, and there are 0 efforts at associate level to solve problems according to the current conflict policy."
