"This is one of the most women-supporting workplaces I've ever experienced. The number of women employed here and the amount of women that are promoted/in upper tier management positions is the most I've seen so far in my career. The work life balance is also pretty good as well. I'd highly recommend it to other women. "

"AESSEAL, Inc is a great place for a woman! The culture is positive and transparent, there are several women in leadership, and the employees all really care about each other. The owner is also a big promoter for women and is a self-proclaimed feminist who wants more talented women to join his team. You can tell that the people value the talents that each individual brings to the table which is great for a woman who just wants an even playing field to prove her worth."
