"While dogs are allowed in the building, and there is a supposed idea of "making your own hours" this is in fact not true. The leadership came down hard on staff members who needed to come in late, while working later hours, and publicly embarrassed individuals after touting a "flexible workplace." There is also a lot of stigma surrounding working from home."
