"I started as a contractor at PDL, joined full-time 9 months later, and within 1.5 years I was promoted into my current role. My manager always advocated for me along with senior leadership (both men and women). I felt I was set up for success and was given opportunities to grow my skillset. I love working at PDL for its culture, the people I work with and the work that I'm doing. "
