"There are a lot of women in powerful leadership roles, including many EVP and SVP roles. The CEO values and respects women and their opinions and has put many in leadership roles. Recently, Aimco added a 16 week paid maternity and paternity leave. The office space is gorgeous with 365 degree views of the mountains, downtown, and Cherry Creek Reservoir. There is a coffee bar that serves cappuccinos and lattes and the company is extremely flexible. I am able to work from home when needed to be with a sick kiddo or a school event. Aimco is family-focused and we understand that we have to get our work done while being focused on our families as well. If you're able to multi-task and juggle priorities, it's a fantastic place to work."

"They provide a great work life balance and encourage community evolvement. Pay is lower than industry average and upward movement is somewhat limited as employees generally like what they do and tend to stay in their positions."
