"Working from home is allowed, though far more for those in leadership positions. They now have a maternity policy for the first time - it provides 10 days of paid leave. They have a short-term disability policy that will give you 4-6 weeks of 60% of your salary for maternity as well. There is sick and vacation paid time off. They have a 35hr work week, and you can flex your schedule around your family needs. "
