"Do not apply to work for this company unless you want to stay in the same job forever. Women are left out of training programs, overlooked for promotions, and are not treated equally in any way. Especially if you're highly educated -- run."

"Airgas is very regional- each region has a different mindset and way of working. I'm sure some are better than others, but as a woman in a predominantly male environment I've felt very welcomed and encouraged. "

"Front line management/supervisors are women who feel threatened by anyone whi has a brain. No one there is professional and will spend half of your time trying to get others to do their jobs. Management does not take ownership of anything. "

"This industry is predominately older men. I have enjoyed working with the company, however, it is obviously not very progressive as there are minimal young people and women. I think this can simply be attributed to a lack of interest of the industry."
