"I feel lucky to not have ever felt discriminated against as a woman in a male-dominated team and would recommend working here if that is a high priority for you. I have heard some concerns about pay differences but haven't been able to confirm any differences myself."

"The culture as of a few years ago has been very flexible in terms of working from home or from the office, but since covid and RTO, company leaders have been pushing hard for the requirement of 3 days a week in office (days are also not flexible) and tracking our attendance. However, my team managers want to be more understanding and flexible"

"Overall a welcoming and supportive culture. There an official Women in Tech group, parenting Slack channel, decent fully-paid parental leave, free mental health care, and it's a LGBTQ+ friendly environment. It's hit or miss if leaders hold old-school/gender biases, but the company does have active on going training around it. "

"2 weeks fully paid bonding time for the non-birth parent.
Minimum 8 weeks birth parent leave + 2 weeks bonding time after the 1st year, totaling 10 paid weeks.
An additional paid week is added for every year if tenure after that, up to 14 weeks total."

"My manager is supportive to a degree. They are a perfectionist, so as long as mistakes don't reflect poorly on them or the team, things are smooth. If something bad does happen, they tend to shift blame. The opposite isn't true though - if a team member does well, they are quick to give credit and praise."

"Some of the best relationships I've made have been through the Women in Tech group there, which was organized by the female employees in the company. Although things like that exist, I don't think much is being done from the company itself to support women or stop discrimination."
