Don’t expect a promotion above mid-level management and it is nearly impossible to break into transportation or warehouse positions however there are many opportunities in customer service, HR or accounting.

I worked as a contracted employee for several years, then was hired. Absolutley loved all my positions except the last one, but stuck with it. I wanted to be on the install team and did do a few, but not when the new system came out. Basically a very good company to work for. Male dominated management, but does seem to be bringing more women up.
