"Great team of people but need to keep a very professional and respect for yourself. You do not want to be labeled. I would tell that to any woman it is still a double-standard. "

"They pay very well but based out of Austin Texas. You are working with the "good Old Boys". I have seen some HR concerns with a few men and it has been brushed under the rug. No real promotion for woman. "
