"It's a woman-led company with many women in leadership and executive roles. They are very progressive in their benefits, including flexible schedules, remote work opportunities, job sharing, mat leave and private rooms for new mothers who are breastfeeding. "

"Do not recommend if you are independent sole financial provider due to lack of job stability. RPO model is very unstable and lay-offs occur very often without much notice. "
