WLT is a good place to get started in the client support business. Good training exists as well as good benefits. But compensation isn’t terribly competitive and remote working can cause tension with management.

Treatment is entirely dependent on managers, some women are treated with respect, but most women get treated as second-class citizens no matter what their level. Many male employees seem to think of women as servants, the men's club is strong here. Any woman who speaks up is labeled 'difficult' to work with.
