"I would tell another woman that it is a pretty good place to work if you are willing to work hard and prove your worth. If you don't, then you can still coast through but you might not advance. It is also useful to gain opportunities to show expertise in meetings with senior management. They value intelligence and going above and beyond but you have to show initiative. However, getting promoted can be quite difficult and it is a difficult culture in terms of making decisions to leave. "
