Get ready to make an impact! We are making progress getting more women into the Finance space, but more work is needed. Fisher is a great collaborative and appreciative environment where you will be challenged to think through tough problems, and deliver on initiatives that moves the company forward. At the end of the day, every employee cares deeply about what we do for our clients!

flexibility is dependent on specific managers willingness to approve the terms. Each group has a different culture so if you hear reviews of one area, don't assume the culture is homogeneous throughout

This is dependent on department or division - however, most people working for UC Davis have some flexibility in their schedules and good leave policies. The newest Chancellor is a huge proponent of diversity and creating equitable opportunities for all affinity groups - When speaking of "CEO" below this refers directly to the person in charge in my particular department/school.

There are more white males at the top. I can't tell why this is but it's very noticeable and not encouraging. And then the women who are at the top are white too.

There is only so high you can go at The Atlantic before the boy's club culture defeats you. It's a shame. There are so many talented women trying to do good work, but they're rejected as leaders before given the chance to prove themselves.

Bonuses are far smaller than $10K. There needs to be a 0-$3K choice. Highest management levels are male-dominated. It's easier for men to get past mid-level.
