Awesome place to work. Almost all staff is femenine and that have pros an cons, but mainly it's a good place to work.

Flexibility depends on individual roles, but overall management is very understanding of family time. It's a work hard, play hard environment.

Generally speaking, if you need to adjust your schedule for family reasons, that seems ok. There's not much pressure to do more than the 40 hour work week, too.

There's a man group of guys that are the IT crowd. Most of the creative positions are men and they definitely get paid higher and are more respected. Not in the creative feild, departments like account management, production, and project management are female dominated-- which is nice.

Support each other. Speak up with you deserve a raise. Speak up when you have something to say. Don't stand idly by, at prpl things won't happen for you. You need to make things happen for yourself.

Maybe. You've gotta be tough if you want to make it as a woman here. There's not really any room if you'd like to grow with the company and have a family life. You've got set boundaries as early as when you're getting hired to do so.

It's a great place to work over all. Like any place, there are some people there who aren't great to work with so it just depends on whether you get stuck working with one of them.

I was being kept "in my place" by a male employee who had been there longer. I brought it to their attention but nothing was done. Also, they only give new dads 2 weeks off. I think they can do better than that.
