However, the work culture has changed dramatically in the past 2-3 years and where a 40-45 work week was fairly normal and the work load was reasonable, now it is a 50+ work week and the expectations are often unattainable - unless you want to put in around 60 hours a week ... Work/life balance for exempt employees is non existent unless you don't meet expectations"

"I've been with the company for over 5 years and have had to fight for what I deserved. I did always seem to get what I felt I deserved, but you have to work tirelessly. No children yet, one on the way. 6 weeks doesnt chalk up to comparative companies. Especially since I have to travel 80% of the time. Taking the additional 6 weeks of leave without pay will be very difficult for my family as I am the breadwinner."
