"I love working at Ally. It's a great company with a human factor that I haven't seen before. The leadership at Ally seems to really care about the employees and see them as humans and not just numbers or dollar signs. "

"While not every manager may share the same sentiment, my manager allows me the flexibility to do my job as well as be part of my family's life. I'm able to work from home when necessary and the generous PTO allows me to spend the time I need to refresh my brain or enjoy time with my family."
