"Women empowerment and support is real here. The challenge is that there is no structure in place to ensure efforts are realized.
This company has all the goods to be the best, it just needs to get organized, communicate and execute. "

"Great company culture that consistently listens to employees and often makes real-time changes to policies and benefits as the market shifts. Work-life-balance is excellent on all fronts. Innovative work with employees and clients who have a true passion for the products.
One are of improvement, in my department specifically, would be to increase opportunities for advancement and career development. We talk about it a lot with very little action; the leader seems to want everyone to stay in a lane versus overall contribution to the greater goal. "

"Alteryx is a great place to work, they are focused on DEI related issues but specifically are walking the walk when it comes to women. The benefits and compensation are great. "
