"Within the Data Science organization, the teams are distributed across time zones, and there's a lot of both autonomy and flexibility. Also long as the work gets done and we collaborate with our team effectively using Teams, Gitlab, Jira, etc. everything is good.
And the work is interesting, and impactful and empowering to our customers, and performed at a sustainable rate."
