"There's a lot of chatter from leadership about diversity and inclusion, but it's not followed up with action. You go to meetings held by executives, and it's all men, mostly white, except for positions traditionally held by women, like HR, or maybe marketing. "

"I would tell women that it is a very male centric culture, so it's tough being a woman in this organization with aspirations beyond the manager level. "

"There is no specific gender divide but senior leadership is majority men. I would like to see that change. Don’t shy away though, we need more women like you. "

"Flexibility varies by team and individual manager. I get the impression that most teams will work with you to accommodate a set scheduling issue like childcare and working from home is possible but not encouraged (on my team at least)"
