"I champion working for Altria. The work-life balance of being a remote employee has a tremendous positive impact on my ability to balance personal and professional responsibilities. I feel very supported by my leadership team and never feel they don't want to see me succeed. The benefits the company also offers are first in class. The only constructive feedback I would provide is that we're still working to improve our proprietary technology and it has become a main priority. I think that's something a lot of companies face as technology continues to change so rapidly. I would definitely recommend Altria as a top-notch place to work. "
