"AAFP offers a lot of flexibility but that culture is changing. Expect to put in many more hours than required (at least in marketing) and work through lunch. You can leave early and work from home, but too much of it will negatively impact perception of you.
AAFP also has an odd compensation structurw that rewards tenure over performance. If you want to do the minimum and don't care about comp, come here. If you are highly motivated and a strong performer, you will carry a bigger burden than others ... you also won't be compensated for that work.
It's a mixed bag. But it is a good place for moms if you aren't overly ambitious. "
