Parental leave is practically non-existent; very few women in leadership roles compared to men; very 'traditional' staff (i.e. my boss told me i'd have made a great secretary a few decades ago because of my typing speed, asked me if my husband expects me to have dinner ready, etc.)

I worked at AJC for 2 years. There are women in high-level management positions, but don't let that fool you into thinking their policies are fair to women. Often (but certainly there are exceptions) it is the women in management who promote the very policies that are unfair to other women and to families.

    Maybe. I would not recommend this company for women starting at entry level or beginning of their career who hope to climb the ranks. Subtle and inherent sexism, policies that are unfair to women and families, and general mismanagement make working here especially tough on women.
