"There is a A LOT of flexibility and the PTO is pretty good, and very easy to take/get approved. However, this is all dependent on the direct manager you work for. Eventually, you will see unqualified people (men and women) getting promoted around you. The strategy of the company seems to make no sense, and promotions are handed out based on friendships and perceptions."

"Flexibility is a bit dependent on your direct manager. I've had one manager that complained every time I needed to attend a school-related activity. My new manager doesn't care as long as my work is getting done."
