"AW has several branches from the regulated to the federal side of water...if you apply to work for the AWE military services group and obtain a managerial role, then expect to work long hours, weekends, and holidays. It is a high touch, high level of communication work culture. Please don’t settle for the first salary offer they present, always negotiate. It’s a high stress work environment too. If you can survive a stress, micromanaging work environment then this place may be perfect for you. The benefit of working for such a large company are the outstanding corporate resources and training opportunities. One positive thing to say, is you will never stop learning with AW. "

"Female CEO, who is a rock star. Huge number of women in leadership roles in a traditionally male-dominated industry. Great place to work as a woman. "
