"Engineering is still a male-dominated industry but you can nevertheless make a great career at ADI. Much of this will depend on your manager and your team.
Find a great (female, if possible) mentor.
Don't depend on HR to help--they may even hurt your career."

"I'm not sure how many weeks but it can depend--for example, if you get a C-section, you can get more time--but they don't tell you that.
Depending on tenure, you can save some vacation time and add that to extend your leave. Again, depending on tenure, I believe, you can take unpaid leave as well. There is parental leave for adoptions and I think there is some paternity leave.
If you have a great manager, there is some more flexibility, including working from home to transition back.
There are dedicated areas for pumping."
