For some women, the company has been wonderful, but for others not as much. So much of it depends on the specific team you work for, and the partners that are your direct supervisors that its really hard to give an over all summary. They would need to be aware of the specifics before taking a job.

New work from home policy. Still in the trial stage.

  • One Thing Employer Could Improve

I wanted to be able to choose more. More women in leadership roles. Improved work-life balance. Better benefits. Better compensation.

  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. There are many good things about this company (3 months of paid maternity leave, flexible work arrangements for some moms, etc.) but there are many things I would warn women about (terrible work life balance, expensive benefits, very little 401(k) company match etc.)
