"If you become one of the "favorites," then you'll probably like working here. There's a few women that leadership really adores, and they're the ones who receive the promotions and raises and benefits. The entire company is very focused on appearance, both of the company itself and of its employees. Additionally, although the vast majority of the employees are women, it is a very toxic environment with a lot of gossip and backstabbing. There is a significant amount of people stepping on other people to get ahead. The company used to be great but ever since the start of 2019, it's gone massively downhill. Also, everyone except for the managers are paid extremely low. If you come in with years of experience, skills, and every qualification, you can expect to be offered roughly $35k. Many people there have a second job just to make ends meet. This company is not the kind of place where women are treated equally or where people are valued for their contributions instead of how popular they are. You can do better."

"There is very little flexibility in any aspect of the work. There is a strict hierarchy and people have been criticized and yelled at for even speaking to someone who was higher in the chain of command than their direct boss. Additionally, there is no need for people to be in the office all the time as much of the work can be done remotely, but they discourage that. The only time it's even acceptable to ask is if something like a snow storm would make it dangerous for you to drive in to work. People are also subtly encouraged to skip lunch or work late or on the weekends for no extra pay."
