"Women are the minority at Ansys. That could be viewed as a negative but Ansys is really focused on increasing its female population because people and leadership really do appreciate different approaches and perspectives. I think the most successful women are those who are comfortable speaking up and voicing their (diverging) opinions; my experience has been that this leads to constructive and respectful discussions. I've been able to implement a good work-life balance by setting my own hours and being flexible when life interrupts things. The culture of self-progression, continual learning, and leadership development are also really strong at Ansys."

"Great flexibility and stability. Respectful co-workers, I have experienced 0% of 'tech bro culture' here. It also helps that there's a lot of age diversity in the company."

"I would recommend Ansys as a great place to work. I just started with the company 5 months ago and I've never looked back. I feel very lucky to have joined the team that I did and I know that I am supported by my manager and team."
