"My manager (female) is very supportive of my career here and my personal and professional goals. Additionally, I work with men who are also very supportive as well and willing to partner with me. I would highly recommend. "

"I feel supported and respected working at Ansys. My colleagues value my opinion and I have room to grow in my career here. The work environment is very flexible as we have the option to work remote and depending on your department hours can be flexible. We have a Women in Tech ERG with a lot of great events to connect with other women at the company. There's also a new mentor program here which I think is great!"

"You get 4 weeks fully paid if you've been with the company a year, then you'd go on short term disability. The company covers a STD plan of 60% but you have the option to buy up to 70% for a small amount. FMLA applies as well for unpaid leave."
