"Ansys has a well-established Employee Resource Group for Women, giving us access to an amazing network of incredible women and allies across the world. They are an outlet for idea-sharing, discussion of challenges and creates a culture of belonging.
Several key leadership positions at Ansys are occupied by brilliant and inspiring women and many other executive leaders are vocal allies. "
